Refund & Returns
❗ Important: No Returns Due to Product Type
Our product is a personal-use, hygiene-sensitive item (Hair Oil).
For safety, hygiene, and authenticity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, delivered, or used.
1. Why Returns Are Not Accepted
Hair oils and personal-use products cannot be returned due to:
Safety and hygiene concerns
Risk of contamination
Risk of tampering
Industry-standard rules for cosmetic/herbal products
Once a bottle leaves our warehouse, it cannot be restocked or resold.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled after they are shipped.
If you need to cancel before shipment, contact us immediately at anasazeem2020@gmail.com
3. Damaged Product on Delivery
We do not accept returns, but if your product arrives:
Leaked
Damaged
Broken bottle
Then contact us within 24 hours with:
Your order number
Clear photos/videos of the damaged parcel
We will review your case and offer a replacement, depending on the situation.
4. Wrong Order Received
If you receive the wrong item by mistake, contact us within 24 hours, and we will correct the issue immediately.
5. Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
You receive a damaged product
Wrong product shipped
Courier fails to deliver the order
Refund time: 5–7 business days after approval.
